Work within the actual limits
The current submission form accepts up to 10 JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, no larger than 5 MB each and 30 MB total. Check both individual and combined size before submitting. The limits apply to files, so a PDF can contain several relevant pages if they remain readable and within the size limit.
Reserve room for identification and condition
Start with a complete-unit overview, readable set plate and engine identification where available. Include the hour display if safely accessible and current condition photos, especially known defects. Choose distinct views instead of using several slots for nearly identical exterior images.
Add evidence that answers the largest open question
If operating history is the main uncertainty, prioritize an applicable service or test report. If removal is complicated, include a clear access sequence or scope document. Label the files with the equipment reference. Do not assume a thick report is more useful than a short, matched document with clear findings.
List the remainder rather than implying completeness
Use notes to identify additional records that exist and can be supplied through an agreed channel. State when a report is partial or a view could not be obtained. If a file is too large, create a readable sharing copy while preserving the original. Do not remove adverse findings simply to fit the upload budget.
