Identify who controls the space
Ask the responsible property or operations team who approves use of the loading area and approach route. Record the process and notice requirements. Do not assume the generator owner can reserve common space simply because its equipment is located nearby.
Describe competing activities
List known deliveries, construction work or other scheduled uses that affect the proposed appointment. Share timing constraints rather than unrelated occupant information. Note whether the access photos represent normal conditions or a temporarily empty area.
Coordinate the provider’s requirements
Have the qualified removal and transport providers identify what space and access they need for their planned services. Route those requirements to the site authority for review. Do not decide vehicle placement or handling suitability from the sale photos alone.
Confirm the reservation and fallback
Record the approved window, site coordinator and process if the area is unavailable on arrival. Update the buyer’s pickup brief when the reservation changes. A documented appointment helps distinguish a confirmed access arrangement from an assumption made during bidding.
