Build a route narrative
Describe the location and sequence of spaces between the generator and the proposed loading area. Use approved photos in order, with captions for doors, turns and changes in level. Mark inaccessible sections. Do not treat a route used by people as evidence that the assembled generator can pass through it.
Identify available building information
Gather authorized drawings and documented dimensions relevant to the proposed route. Note which records may be outdated and which alterations are known. Keep equipment dimensions separate from opening dimensions. Leave unmeasured or obstructed values uncertain so a qualified provider can identify the required site assessment.
Clarify what could change in the sale package
If a provider proposes work that affects included components or the condition in which the equipment will be delivered, have that scope reviewed before accepting it commercially. Do not advertise dismantling as completed or promise reassembly performance without supporting arrangements. Keep the buyer’s assumptions tied to the current plan.
Agree on building responsibilities
Identify who coordinates access, protects ongoing site activities and arranges the agreed restoration after removal. Keep these responsibilities separate from the equipment price. Resolve the permitted working window with building management and the qualified removal provider before treating a collection date as confirmed.
