State what is actually available
Ask the responsible site team whether it intends to provide loading assistance and who controls that decision. Record any known equipment identification and service arrangement requested by the handling provider. Avoid a simple forklift available claim when nobody has agreed to provide or operate it for collection.
Leave suitability to qualified personnel
Provide documented generator package information to the professionals responsible for handling. Do not infer suitability from a nominal capacity number, appearance or a previous move of different equipment. The sale description should not substitute for their assessment of the specific job.
Clarify who provides the service
Record the approved provider, appointment requirements and the boundary between site assistance and the carrier’s work. Ask how extra work or a changed collection plan would be handled. If loading cannot be confirmed, state that the buyer must arrange an appropriate service rather than leaving the responsibility ambiguous.
Update the offer assumptions
Ensure each bidder knows whether the price assumes seller-provided loading, buyer-arranged handling or an unresolved plan. If assistance becomes unavailable, notify the buyer before dispatch and agree on updated arrangements. Preserve the change alongside the pickup brief so the original promise is not still circulating.
